Last updated October 8, 2026 Version 2026-10-v1

1. Zero tolerance

In short: Child sexual abuse and exploitation are never allowed on Best Tailgate, anywhere in the website or the app.

Best Tailgate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This applies everywhere on Best Tailgate — tailgate pages, posts, replies, photos, crew chats, direct messages, profiles and storefronts — on the website and in the app.

These standards sit alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which already prohibit this content and conduct.

2. What is prohibited

You may not post, share, send, request or link to any of the following, and you may not use Best Tailgate to do any of it:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, including content that sexualizes a minor.
  • Grooming — building a relationship or trust with a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them.
  • Sexual solicitation of minors — asking a minor for sexual content, sexual conversation or a sexual meeting.
  • Sextortion — threatening or pressuring anyone with sexual images of a minor, or pressuring a minor for sexual images.
  • Trafficking — recruiting, advertising, buying or selling a minor for sexual purposes or for exploitation of any kind.
  • Any other content or conduct that exploits or endangers children.
